If you would like to place a telephone order, simply call the girls at
(866) 4POOKIE and one of our knowledgeable staff will be
ready to assist you.
Allow approximately 1-3
days for us to process your order. If the order is large, please allow
additional time for processing. On occasion, we may not have an order in
stock. If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will be sure to
notify you immediately. Please note that your credit card will not be
charged for any items on back order. You will only be charged for the
items ready to be shipped to you.
We currently ship via
FedEx Ground in the
continental United States as well as USPS International for our overseas
customers.
For New York Residents,
8.25% sales tax must be added to your order.
Exchanges and credits are
available on merchandise within 10 business days of receipt. Merchandise
must be unopened and unused. We cannot give exchanges on products that
were used. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return
shipments must be pre-paid by the purchaser. Please call (866)

for a return authorization # before returning any item.
